Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging (if applicable).
Damaged or defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Due to the nature of collectibles, opened boxes, figures, or sealed items that have been tampered with cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at info@peachypasstime.shop to initiate the return. Be sure to include your order number and reason for return.
Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include this number on your return package to ensure your return is processed correctly.
Ship Your Item: After receiving the RA number, securely package the item and ship it back to us using USPS Ground Advantage or a comparable service with tracking. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective, or we made an error with your order.
Refunds and Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund or exchange.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
If you prefer an exchange for a different item, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.
Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items
If your collectible arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately. We will send you a prepaid shipping label for the return and either issue a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference and availability.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We highly recommend tracking your package during transit. If your order is lost or stolen, please contact USPS directly or file a claim with them.
